Jeff & Jenifer Ott have been on staff with Novo since 2013.

As site directors of PI:Italy, Jeff & Jenifer serve and mentor young Italian leaders in the ways of Jesus, helping them to discover the unique areas God is calling them to serve by creating spaces of safety, hope, healing, and learning in their lives. All of this is done so that these leaders would be sent out into the world to create fresh expressions of church, church planting movements, and other missional communities in Italy and throughout all of Europe; and ultimately that disciples of Jesus would be made.
